SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of the ArtWMS SMS messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

ArtWMS SMS Program

The ArtWMS SMS Program is operated by ArtWMS, a product of NY Data Security, Inc. The program sends transactional and operational text messages to mobile numbers that have opted in. Examples include account alerts, two-factor authentication codes, shipment and inventory status updates, scheduling notifications, and customer support replies.

How to Opt In

You can opt in to the ArtWMS SMS Program by submitting your mobile number through an opt-in form on our website, in the ArtWMS application, or in another channel where consent is collected. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber of the mobile number you provided or that you are authorized to opt in to receive SMS messages at that number.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging in order to buy goods or services from ArtWMS.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the notifications you have enabled.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for each message sent or received in accordance with your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any ArtWMS SMS message to unsubscribe. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Reply STOP to opt out.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of ArtWMS's control.

Supported Carriers

The ArtWMS SMS Program is available across major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, Alltel, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Information collected as part of the ArtWMS SMS Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
